Is the Hang&Roll available in more sizes? 

So far, the Hang&Roll comes in one size. There are 8 different compartments from which 4 are bigger (20cm) and 4 smaller (15cm). The total length is 140cm and width 35cm (rolled out).

Are the products waterproof? 
Our products are not waterproof. However, we say that the products are water resistant.

The Hang&Roll is created out of Polyester with PVC coating, which in fact makes it waterproof. But due to the closing folding technique we are not able to declare it waterproof. Because of that, we created the Hang&Roll - Drybag

How many clothes fit inside a Hang&Roll? 
In one of the bigger compartments you can fit f.e. a long jeans, 2-4 T-Shirts...
In one of the smaller compartments you can fit f.e. socks and underwear
 
Please remember that the more volume the clothes have, the bigger the Hang&Roll will roll up.
How do I attach the Hang&Roll to my backpack?

Our goal is to get the most out of your limited travelling space, and with the hook-up system, the Hang&Roll fits under every Backpack with wear belts. Just click the hooks to the wear belts and you are ready to go.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Which countries do Hang&Roll ship to?

We ship to Canada, USA, countries within the EU, Switzerland. 

How do I know when my order ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s) as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. 

How much does shipping and handling cost?
EU: 5€ fixed shipping and handling.
Schweiz: 15€ fixed shipping and handling.

US and Canada: 15€ fixed shipping and handling.

What is the estimated shipping time?

The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-8 business days, however this timeline may vary with the final destination. Please allow for 1 additional business day of processing and handling your order.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

How will I know that you received my order and when will the payment be deducted?

After your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation number on the screen and also by email. Your credit card or PayPal will be charged when your order ships.

Can I add items to an existing order?

No, items cannot be added to an existing order once payment has been made.

How can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed and payment is taken, you cannot cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact our Customer Happiness Center at info@hangandroll.com, or give us a call at: (+49) 176 34 30 40 76. 

Do I have to pay customs when I order from hangandroll.com? 
All orders from hangandroll.com are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not receive any additional customs or tax*.

* Please note that for orders to Switzerland, added taxes will occur and you will be charged for this separately. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How long do I have to return my purchase?

Items may be returned for a refund within 60 days from the date of the original purchase. Items must have all original tags attached, be un-used and in the original new condition.

How long will my refund take? 

Refunds may take between 7-14 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.

How do I return my product(s)?
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 60 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged, with tags still attached. 

Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 7 to 14 days before your account is credited.

Can I exchange my product(s)?
For product exchange, please follow the return instructions. After we have received your product at our warehouse facility, we will refund the original order, and you can place a new one.
